Securing a non-repayable financial contribution is a demanding process with a great many rules, deadlines and mandatory annexes. How the cooperation works

Initial consultation. Together we go through your idea and assess its real chances of funding. If no suitable source currently exists, we'll tell you so openly.

Choosing the call. We monitor the calls as they're announced and propose the one that best matches your project, its eligible expenditure and its target group.

Preparing the application. We draw up the application (ŽoNFP) with all the mandatory annexes — the budget, the description of activities, the measurable indicators and the documents the call requires.

Submission and evaluation. We submit the application via ITMS and, during the evaluation, communicate with the Managing Authority or Intermediate Body to head off any unnecessary shortcomings.

Implementation and monitoring. Once approved, we guide you through delivery — preparing payment requests and monitoring reports, and making sure all the conditions are met, including any public procurement within the project.
